  • Take control of your exercise and health, and receive support and accountability to achieve your fitness goals

  • Stephen will assess your physical fitness, health markers and create an exercise and lifestyle programme with nutritional advice

Health Coaching

  • Complete our 60 minute Health MOT and identify the priority areas to work on for your health

  • Nutrition, physical activity, lifestyle habits for sleep & hydration, rest & recovery; will coach you through these areas to optimise your health

  • Work with Stephen to find easy strategies to improve your health one step at a time to create lasting change

  • The minimum level service for Personal Training includes and Physical & Lifestyle assessment, with a fitness and lifestyle habits programme created for you and delivered to you. This will cover exercise, nutrition, hydration and other important lifestyle factors to support your health and performance goals.
