Stephen studied Mathematics and Sports Science at Loughborough University before beginning his career in investment banking.
After experiencing high-pressure corporate environments first-hand, he transitioned into coaching - helping people perform at their best physically, mentally and emotionally.
Over the past decade he has coached children, athletes, professionals and leaders, helping them build resilience, awareness and sustainable performance.
